In conformity with the Central Bank Act, the organs of the Bank are:
a) the Board of Directors;
b) the Governor; and Deputy Governor
c) the Director General
The Governor serves as Chairman of the Board and is the Chief Executive Officer for the Bank.
The Governor reports to, and is a member of the Board of Directors.
The Governor is supported by the Director General, who deputies for the Governor, and also takes the role of Chief Operations Officer for the Bank.
The Bank’s functions are split into nine departments, as described below:
